The Government of Afghanistan (GoA) through the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock (MAIL) is implementing the National Horticultural and Livestock Project with assistance from the World Bank. This is an additional financing (AF) to the NHLP. The closing date will be extended from 31 December 2018 to 31 December 2020. Project objective.
