The findings of the Study are based on 1,200 questionnaire responses by the public and police, and eight focus group discussions, undertaken across eight northern districts of Kabul province, including the. 17th police district of Kabul City , Mirbachakoot, Kalakaan, Guldara, Deh Sabz, Qarabagh, Shakar Dara, and Istalif.
