This technical report provides development plan in detail of the proposed Band-I-Amir micro hydro project. The information includes construction drawings in sufficient details to carry out site development under the supervision of experienced engineer. It also includes detailed bills of quantities of works needed so that procurement of works may be made with higher efficiency and with little uncertainties. The consultants faced some problems in collecting base line data required to arrive at construction cost estimates. However, referring to experiences in country of similar socio-economic context and some key indicating data collected while at site, project cost estimates have been made to the accuracy possible—(p. 7).
