The grant became effective upon the signing of the ARTF Grant No. TF0903637 on 23 March 2009, and follows Conditions for Grants made by the World Bank out of various funds. The Technical Implementation Support Consultancy (TISC) was contracted by the Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW) in January 2011 and the team was mobilized in late February 2011.…”—(page 1).
